To return a YourShirts - your style | 15+ Years of Business product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@yourshirts.co.uk  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

YourShirts – Returns & Refunds Policy

At YourShirts, all garments are customised specifically to each customer’s order. Because of this, our returns policy differs from standard retail clothing.

Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

1) Customised Items (Printed / Embroidered / Personalised)

All customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after approval
  • Colour choice dissatisfaction
  • Style preference changes
  • Items that no longer fit once received

Once artwork approval has been given and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding personalised goods.

2) Sizing Responsibility

Sizing selection is the responsibility of the customer.

We help customers choose confidently by providing:

  • Full manufacturer size specifications
  • Product descriptions and fitting guidance
  • An in-store showroom where garments can be viewed and tried on

We strongly recommend using our showroom or requesting samples for larger orders.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customised items where the only issue is incorrect sizing.

3) Faulty or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If an item is faulty or does not match your approved artwork or order specification, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt.

Where a genuine fault or production error is confirmed, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s), or
  • Refund (at our discretion)

Photographic evidence may be requested.

4) Blank (Undecorated) Garments

Blank garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5) Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, we strongly recommend:

  • Size confirmation before ordering
  • Sample garments
  • Showroom fitting where possible

Bulk customised orders are strictly non-returnable once approved and produced.
