File Formats: Please provide your artwork in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, SVG. These formats are preferred for easy customization.
Resolution: For optimal printing quality, ensure that your artwork is at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for raster images (JPEG, PNG) and vector-based for vector images (PDF, EPS, AI, SVG).
Color Mode: Artwork should be submitted in CMYK color mode for print projects to ensure accurate color representation. RGB color mode is suitable for digital projects.
Text: Convert all text to outlines or provide the font files used in your artwork to avoid font substitution issues. This ensures that your text appears correctly after customization.
Design Size: Please submit your artwork at the size you would like it to be printed. Resizing artwork may result in loss of quality.
Additional Charges for Artwork Conversion: If you do not have your artwork in a suitable format for customization, we can convert or redraw your file for a fee of £25.00. You will be notified and asked for confirmation before any conversion work takes place.
